The Luxe Almari offers a curated resale service for high-quality, in-demand fashion pieces. We handle pricing, styling, marketing, and selling, so you earn without the hassle.
We accept: High-quality high-street brands, contemporary brands, premium/designer pieces and items that are in excellent condition items only.
We do not accept: Fast fashion with low resale value, worn-out or heavily used items, counterfeit goods, or items with undisclosed damage
Consigning is super easy, just copy the Whats App Submission Template below and send the completed information to our Whats App to +44 7585 070 076.
We will then approve your items, and you send your items with a copy of the Consignment Agreement (which you can find on the drop down below) to us via InPost.
We carefully curate all pieces to ensure quality and demand.

How It Works
Step 1 – Submit for Approval via WhatsApp
To make consigning easy, you can submit your items via WhatsApp.

Fill it out for each item (maximum 10 items per drop)
Attach clear photographs of each item
Send everything via WhatsApp to: +44 7585 070076
We will review your submission and confirm which items are approved. Once approved, you will receive our full Consignment Agreement, and to proceed you simply reply:
“I confirm I agree to The Luxe Almari Consignment Terms.”
Only after this confirmation will shipping instructions be provided.
Step 2 – Send Your Items
Sellers are responsible for shipping costs. Items need to be shipped by InPost to the locker below:

Step 3 – We Sell For You
Your items are professionally photographed, priced, listed, and promoted across our Instagram & TikTok platforms. Buyer communication and dispatch are managed by us.
Step 4 – Get Paid
You receive 70% of the final sale price, hassle-free. Payments are made within 7 days of confirmed sale.
Our Concierge Commission & Terms
We take a 30% concierge commission, which covers:
Professional styling & photography
Strategic pricing based on market demand
Listing creation
Promotion across Instagram & TikTok
Managing buyer communication
Secure payment handling
Packaging & dispatch
You receive the remaining 70% of the final sale price — completely hassle-free.
Selling period: 60 days
Pricing discretion rests with The Luxe Almari
Unsold items may be returned at the seller’s expense or donated
Return shipping must be paid in advance
Items must be pre-approved before sending
The Luxe Almari reserves the right to reject items that do not meet quality standards upon arrival

At The Luxe Almari, we offer a curated concierge consignment service designed to make selling your South Asian fashion pieces simple and effortless.
To ensure transparency and protect both our consignors and buyers, all items accepted for sale are governed by the terms outlined in our Consignment Agreement below.
These terms explain how items are accepted, priced, marketed, and sold, as well as how payments are made and how unsold items are handled.
By submitting items to The Luxe Almari, consignors confirm that they have read and agree to these terms prior to sending their pieces.
